How do you calculate the price?
We pay up to 80% of current market value using eBay sold listings (completed sales) and collector price guides. Final offers depend on condition, demand, and volume. Prefer store credit? We add an extra 10% on top of our cash offer value.
Can I use a Collectr link instead of listing every product?
Yes. Choose “Yes” for a Collectr / collection link on the form, paste the URL, then enter your total product quantity and total expected value. You don’t need to fill product lines when a link is provided.
How long does it take to get paid?
We aim to review every request within 24–72 hours (Step 2). After you accept and we receive your products, we inspect them (Step 4) and send payment within 1–2 business days of confirmation (Step 5).
What payment methods do you offer?
Bank Transfer, PayID, PayPal, and Store Credit (with +10% bonus).
Do you buy damaged or opened products?
We prefer sealed product in good condition. Damaged or opened items may be accepted at a lower value — please include photos when submitting.

How do I ship my products?
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (freight). We highly recommend sending your parcel insured and tracked! Delivery address will be provided after you accept our offer. We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Photos will be taken by a team member when the package arrives to validate the condition of the products received.
