Pre-orders at Collectible Madness
We are pleased to announce that we are now making available pre-orders for some of our online items.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is for an item that has not yet come into stock, but you can pre-purchase it to secure your requirement.
Typically these are items that are either:
- New orders incoming for recently sold-out stock
- New series, products, or expansions
Pre-orders are particularly important for limited-release items. Sometimes we may sell out of an item — pre-ordering can be the only way to ensure you can buy that item and allocate it to yourself.
Pre-orders are available so your requirements are allocated as soon as the stock is made available.
Payment
For all pre-orders a full payment (100%) is required to ensure that your requirements are securely allocated to you.
As soon as the item(s) arrive they will be shipped immediately without any further requirements from you.
At all stages you will be notified on ETA, status, and delivery for your peace of mind.
Payment methods: all payment methods through our store are available for pre-order items.
Pre-order ETAs
With increasing pressure on supply, published release dates are not always adhered to by the OEM / vendor or distributors.
In the event of a delay, we will endeavour to update the listing to reflect the new date and also communicate with the customers affected.
Collectible Madness will always ensure a solution / update is offered to any affected order.
As soon as any product is received at Collectible Madness, we will ensure immediate order preparation and dispatch!
Important information
If you wish for separate shipments, we recommend ordering pre-order items separately, so they don’t hold up delivery of other in-stock items.
Split shipment
Considering the above, we have made the option during checkout to split-ship your order.
Select Split-Shipment as a shipping option and we will supply what is in stock immediately. Then the pre-order item(s) will be sent once the last pre-order item(s) is released.

Order cancellation
For placed orders, you may request a 100% no-hassle refund if your goods have not been shipped. Please send us a new email to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded through the same payment method used during checkout.
