How to Order
The process is all online, utilizing our online order form.

Enter in the details of each card being submitted !

Payment as per normal process
All details of each card is printed on your order confirmation
Please note Collectible Madness is providing a Middleman Service and CGC are providing the Card Grading Services in the USA !
For each card submitted we require the follow details of the specific card:
1. The Year of the card !
2. What expansion set it refers to !
3. Card Name and Rarity
4. Card Number and Expansion set number
5. Expected Graded Value (USD)
Example:
Year: 2020
Expansion Set: Sword and Shield
Card name and Rarity: Celebi V Ultra Rare
Card Number and Set number: 1 / 202
Card Graded Value: USD$20
Service Levels
This service is for cards with a Declared value of maximum USD$500 (per card).
Grading Submission Cost" $50 per card
CGC ESTIMATED TURNAROUND**: 40 Business Days
**This does not included transit time from Collectible Madness to CGC and CGC back to Collectible Madness
**Turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed.
This service is for cards with a Declared value of maximum USD$1000 (per card).
Grading Submission Cost" $70 per card
CGC ESTIMATED TURNAROUND**: 30 Business Days
**This does not included transit time from Collectible Madness to CGC and CGC back to Collectible Madness
This service is for cards with a Declared value of maximum USD$10,000 (per card).
Grading Submission Cost" $120 per card
CGC ESTIMATED TURNAROUND**: 10 Business Days

Sub-Grades are available on all Service levels.
This is selectable within the submission form.
In addition to its overall grade, a card is assigned grades for Centering, Corners, Edges and Surface.
In the event that CGC, at its sole discretion, determines that the fair market value of a collectible is higher than the value stated by the submitter, CGC will move the collectible to the appropriate higher tier and the additional charge will be the responsibility of the submitter.

The declared value is based on the raw card being submitted.

Sending your cards to Collectible Madness
It is a requirement to place your card into a new penny sleeve then insert the card into either a top loader or a semi-rigid card saver.
It is important that the cards do not move too much.
So please put all of your cards in between two cardboard pieces that are larger than the items. Hold the package together with rubber bands. Ensure that the rubber bands are not too tight. They should be just tight enough to hold the cardboard pieces together and prevent the cards from falling out.
Once Steps 1 and 2 are completed, you are now at the packaging step. We recommend to package in a small box or a padded bubble mailer.
Make sure you also include your order confirmation.

Turnaround and Insurance
Collectible Madness will submit all cards (no matter the service level) for grading to CGC on the first business day of every month
All submissions will be tracked and updated on our website
Transit Times
5 to 7 days (approx) Transit from Collectible Madness to CGC
5 to 10 days (approx) time to register onto CGC system
Grading time (based on service level) at CGC then
5 to 7 days (approx) Transit back to Collectible Madness

Unfortunately "NO" insurance will be taken ! Due to the nature of this product and the potential high values to be declared, more attention is given to the parcel through the logistics journey.
Therefore encountering large fees, excessive delays within customs, additional customs and duty charges.
Due to this, Collectible Madness does not take any responsibility to cover your lost order and no refund will be offered.
However, if you are submitting a card(s) and would wish for insurance, we would be happy to quote the total cost and help provide you that piece of mind
