Order Management

Collectible Madness processes (pick / pack and dispatch) typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is received and paid (Unless the order has PREORDER items on it and therefore the full order will be sent once the PREORDER item(s) have arrived. 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post or Sendle, if you have a specific carrier option, please email.


For all orders placed on the Friday after 12pm (Adelaide Time) these will be dispatched no later than the following Monday (unless its a Public Holiday). Please see SA public holidays: https://publicholidaysa.com.au/

Our handling time at times can increase to handle peaks in demand, main product releases and prereleases. We endeavour to manage this, but due to this our handling time can be up to 5 business days from order.

Shipping Rates

Collectible Madness provides fixed pricing for standard services Australia Wide. With Express Services the price is variable and based on the size and weight of the products ordered.

Additional options for delivery with a signature and transit cover is also available.

For all orders, tracking number(s) will be provided on the day of dispatch and notified via email or SMS.

For South Australian Customers with orders under $100.00 a very small Delivery Fee will apply. Express Service is also available from $10.00.

For added security you can add a Signature on Delivery ($2.95) and Transit Cover (Domestic - 1.5% of order value).

For all orders over $100.00 NO Delivery fee will apply, unless you select Express Service | Signature on Delivery | Transit Cover.

Interstate Customers
Free Standard Delivery Services for all orders valued over $100. 

For added security you can add a Signature on Delivery ($2.95) and Transit Cover (Domestic - 1.5% of order value).

For any order value under $100, a small delivery fee will apply. Or again for added security you can add a Signature on Delivery ($2.95) and Transit Cover (Domestic - 1.5% of order value).

Express Service is also available for any order and location. Select preferred option at Check Out (Price is variable based on size and weight).

  • Domestic Deliveries
    • For every order that Australian Post Express Service has been selected and paid during check-out, complementary "Sign on Delivery" and "Transit Cover" for the value of the "Item" | "Order" (upto a maximum of $5,000) is offered

Collectible Madness uses AustPost as it's preferred service partner. As standard all deliveries (Express or Standard Post) have tracking enabled. This ensures that you can always monitor your order via our tracking confirmation or directly via the AustPost website.

Important Information

Sign on Delivery

If the receiver is not home, it is up to AustPost's discretion to either safe-drop the parcel at the property out of view from the street or hold it at the nearest Post Office awaiting pick-up. 

For added security and reduction in risk for items to be lost in transit or stolen from the property, Collectible Madness offer a Signature solution for all delivery types (Standard Post or Express).

For a small fee of $2.95 (Or inclusive with Express Service) your parcel will require a signature prior to delivery. If no one is at the property the parcel will not be left at the premises and instead sent to the nearest Post Office awaiting pick up. You will still require to sign for the goods at the Post Office.

You can also reduce risk of lost in transit or stolen from property by requesting the order to be sent to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or your local Post Office. Please read the below for further information:

Transit Cover

Collectible Madness offers you that "piece of mind" for every delivery | Transit Cover.

    • Domestic Deliveries
      • For every order that Australian Post Express Service has been selected and paid during check-out, complementary "Sign on Delivery" is offered
      • If Standard delivery is selected during check-out, the option for Sign on Delivery is available and payable.
      • For every order that Australian Post Express Service OR Standard delivery is selected during check-out, the option for Transit Cover is available and payable to ensure your item is covered for the value of your order (upto a maximum of $5,000). For Transit Cover to be active, Sign on Delivery must be selected and paid for (Complementary on Express Service).
      • Transit Cover is 1.5% of the order value
    • International Deliveries
      • For every delivery service that this selected during check-out, the option for Transit Cover is available and payable to ensure your item is covered for the value of your order (upto a maximum of $5,000).
      • Transit Cover is 3% of the order value

If your order has included and paid (Sign on Delivery and Transit Cover) and has not been delivered by the estimated date as per the tracking details, contact Collectible Madness. We will put in an investigation with Australian Post. If the outcome of the investigation by Australian Post has been deemed "Lost", Collectible Madness will refund for the amount of the order within 5 days of the "Outcome".

Please understand that "No" refund will be initiated until the final outcome from Australia Post. All investigation details can be made available upon request.

IMPORTANT - For any order that is not covered, meaning:

  • Domestic Express not selected and Transit Cover paid, OR
  • Domestic Standard without Sign on Delivery and Transit Cover, OR
  • All International Services without Transit Cover

Collectible Madness does not take any responsibility to cover your lost order and no refund will be offered.

 

International Orders

We are now sending items WORLDWIDE and pricing is based on weight per order.

We have also partnered with FEDEX to provide another service carrier for international orders. FEDEX provide a high level courier express service !

IMPORTANT DETAILS: Collectible Madness delivers EX Works for all international deliveries and therefore all potential Customs and Duties charges by your local government are the responsibility of the buyer.
