Order management

Collectible Madness processes (pick / pack and dispatch) typically within 1 to 3 business days after the order is received and paid — unless the order has pre-order items, in which case the full order will be sent once the pre-order item(s) have arrived.

However, handling times can be up to 5 business days from order to handle peaks in demand, main product releases, and prereleases.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post or Sendle. If you have a specific carrier option, please email us.

For all orders placed on Friday after 12pm (Adelaide time), these will be dispatched no later than the following Monday (unless it’s a public holiday). See SA public holidays: publicholidaysa.com.au

Shipping rates

Collectible Madness provides fixed pricing for standard services Australia-wide. With Express services the price is variable and based on the size and weight of the products ordered.

Additional options for delivery with a signature and transit cover are also available.

For all orders, tracking number(s) will be provided on the day of dispatch and notified via email or SMS.

For added security you can add Signature on Delivery ($2.95) and Transit Cover (Domestic — 1.5% of order value).

Express service is available for any order and location. Select your preferred option at checkout (price is variable based on size and weight).

Shipping options

Collectible Madness uses AustPost as its preferred service partner. As standard, all deliveries (Express or Standard Post) have tracking enabled so you can monitor your order via our tracking confirmation or the AustPost website.

Sign on delivery

If the receiver is not home, it is up to AustPost’s discretion to either safe-drop the parcel at the property (out of view from the street) or hold it at the nearest Post Office awaiting pick-up.

For added security and to reduce the risk of items being lost in transit or stolen, Collectible Madness offers a Signature solution for all delivery types (Standard Post or Express).

For a small fee of $2.95 (or inclusive with Express Service), your parcel will require a signature prior to delivery. If no one is at the property, the parcel will not be left and will instead be sent to the nearest Post Office awaiting pick-up. You will still need to sign for the goods at the Post Office.

Transit cover

Collectible Madness offers peace of mind for every delivery with Transit Cover.

Domestic deliveries

• Australia Post Express: complementary Sign on Delivery when Express is selected and paid at checkout
• Standard delivery: Sign on Delivery is available as a paid option
• Express or Standard: Transit Cover is available (up to a maximum of $5,000). For Transit Cover to be active, Sign on Delivery must be selected and paid (complementary on Express)
• Transit Cover is 1.5% of the order value

International deliveries

• For every delivery service selected at checkout, Transit Cover is available (up to a maximum of $5,000)
• Transit Cover is 3% of the order value

If your order included and paid for Sign on Delivery and Transit Cover, and has not been delivered by the estimated date as per tracking, contact Collectible Madness. We will put in an investigation with Australia Post. If the outcome is deemed “Lost”, Collectible Madness will refund the order amount within 5 days of the outcome.

No refund will be initiated until the final outcome from Australia Post. Investigation details can be made available upon request.

We ship items worldwide, with pricing based on weight per order.
