Name your price on selected products. We review it once and email one invoice: the price you offered, or a counteroffer. There is no further negotiation after that invoice. Checkout on the website still charges the listed price.
An offer is a request, not a purchase.
It does not hold the item while we review. Checkout still charges the listed price. If you cannot risk losing the item, buy it at the listed price now. Once we email an invoice, those units are held until the invoice due time — including a Friday invoice, which is held until Monday 5:00pm Adelaide unless the email says later.

Sign in. Enter a price where an offer box appears. Leave a box blank to skip it.
2 · Nothing held · Not reserved
Send the offer. Nothing is paid and nothing is held. One send covers every price you filled in.
3 · One invoice
We email one invoice in business hours. Same day if you send before 5:00pm.
4 · Pay the invoice
Pay by the due time, or let it expire. After we invoice, those units are held on the invoice. Do not check out on the website for them — that can charge you twice.

The due time on the invoice email is the one that counts.
A Friday invoice is held until Monday 5:00pm Adelaide, unless the email says later.
Unpaid, the hold ends and the listed price stays.

These are the lowest amounts the form will send. They are not a price we agree to. If there is no offer box, that product is not open for an offer. Sign in first. Guests see Log in to make an offer. The invoice goes to that account email.
If there is no offer box on the product, in the cart, or in the cart drawer, that product is not open for an offer. Preorders, waitlist items, and sold-out products are not special cases. If an amount is under 80% or 70% of the listed price, depending on the product, the form will not send. Nothing is submitted until every filled price can be reviewed.

The invoice
One invoice. Then it stops.
Your price if we accept, or a counteroffer if we do not. You cannot accept some lines and drop others. Pay it, or let it expire.
Sold out during review
That line is left off, with a note. If it was the only item, we email that no invoice can be sent.
After the invoice
Those units are held until the due time. Do not also check out on the website. That can charge you twice.
Shipping is calculated on the invoice the same way as checkout. Free shipping applies when the merchandise total on that invoice reaches $175. That is the offer or counteroffer total, not the old listed prices. Discount codes apply only if the invoice email says so.
A note on the form is for packing or condition only. To withdraw, contact us before we invoice. After the invoice, you cannot change it.
Pay the emailed invoice to get the offer price. Website checkout always charges the listed price. Paying the listed price before we invoice is final, and we will not review an offer on those units afterwards.
Quick answers

Can I negotiate the invoice? No. The invoice is final. Pay it, or let it expire.
Can I send another offer? Not while the first one is being reviewed.
When will I hear back? Same business day if we receive it between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. After 5:00pm, the next business day. After 5:00pm Friday, or on the weekend, Monday.
