Refund | Returns | Cancellation Policy


At Collectible Madness, we ensure your goods are carefully picked and packed with care to guarantee they arrive safely at your nominated delivery address in mint condition. We understand the importance of buying collectables in pristine condition and strive to maintain this quality from door to door.

However, if your items become damaged in transit and are unfit for their intended purpose, please contact us immediately via email at customer_support@collectiblemadness.com.au.

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received within 14 days of receiving your goods. A Customer Support representative will contact you within 1-2 business days after receiving your enquiry.

Damaged and Defective Items

We may request photographic evidence of the damaged item and parcel. We will review this and discuss your options.

Refunds or exchanges for damaged/defective items will only be issued if the item is returned in the same condition it was received. Collectible Madness will cover the return shipping costs, provided we expressly approve the return. Therefore, it is crucial to contact us within 14 days of receiving a damaged/defective item.

Change of Mind

Collectible Madness does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Order Cancellation

You may request a 100% no-hassle refund for orders that have not been shipped. To cancel your order, email us, and your payment will be refunded through the same payment method used during checkout. A 5% handling fee will apply due to the associated fees charged by the companies to us in these circumstances.

Lost in Transit | Transit Cover

Collectible Madness offers "Transit Cover" for peace of mind for every delivery.

Domestic Deliveries

  • For orders using Australian Post Express Service with "Sign on Delivery" and "Transit Cover" for the item's value (up to $5,000).
  • For Standard delivery, "Sign on Delivery" and "Transit Cover" are available and payable.

International Deliveries

  • Transit Cover is available and payable for all delivery services selected during checkout, up to a maximum of $5,000.

If your order with Transit Cover is not delivered by the estimated date, contact us. We will investigate with Australia Post. If deemed "Lost" by Australia Post, we will refund the order amount within 5 days of the outcome. No refund will be issued until the final outcome from Australia Post.

IMPORTANT: If Transit Cover is not selected and paid for, Collectible Madness does not take responsibility for lost orders, and no refund will be offered.


All refunds are at the discretion of Collectible Madness. Unless an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was advertised, you are not entitled to a refund.

In the event of a refund, it will be processed in the same manner and currency as the original payment, either by Credit Card or PayPal.

Credit Card Refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase in Australian Dollars (AUD). It can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on the statement. If the card is expired or cancelled, the refund will be made through Bank Transfer or PayPal.

PayPal Refunds depend on the original payment method:

  • For bank account (eCheck or Instant Transfer) or PayPal balance payments, the money will return to your PayPal balance.
  • For credit card payments, the money will return to your card, taking up to 30 days to appear on the statement.

Refunds are issued in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or limited. In cases of major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund, repair, or replacement, even if the item is not returned in the same condition as received.
