Hey Everyone - With the current global situation at the moment still uncertain, there are still pressures on the supply chain. We have seen major improvements in delivery times, but unfortunately there are still delays.
Australia Post are experiencing delivery delays due to the below factors:
- Limited flights
- Hygiene and social distancing requirements
- Increases in parcel volumes, due to more online purchases
We @Collectible Madness are ensuring that all your orders are dispatched as soon as we receive them (either same day or at the lastest, next business day). We are putting alot of effort into this to ensure we can help reduce your wait time !
We have seen delays with AustPost up to 5 to 7 days via Standard Delivery and up to 3 days on Express.
It is clear that Express is given much more priority now over standard. We have reduced our Express freight service price to help out, if this option is chosen by you !
